How to Make Crepes - Easy Crepe Recipe | Ma Recette de Crêpes Facile

Ingredients
Flour - 1 Cup
Salt- 1 pinch
Eggs - 4
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk- 1 1/4 cups
Butter - 1/4 cup
Vanilla - to taste

Preparation
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar and salt together with a whisk.
In a separate mixing bowl whisk together the eggs, butter, vanilla and milk.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and whisk together until smooth.
Heat a large frying pan or crepe pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with melted butter or olive oil and pour in about a ¼ cup of crepe batter. Spread the batter evenly into the pan
Cook the crepe for 30 seconds to a minute or until the top has set, flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for a further 30 seconds on the remaining side.
Serve your crepes with your favorite filling. Crepes can be served hot or cold.

The crepe batter can be prepared and stored in the fridge to rest overnight or if limited for time 1 hour before cooking.
